1. Services Provided
Lokal Liners & Pool Works provides pool maintenance, cleaning, repair, and related services (Pool equipment installation, pool opening/closings, Pool Liner installs and repairs, Installation of Safety Covers, and General pool repairs.). The scope of specific services will be outlined in service agreements, invoices, or quotes provided to you.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By requesting services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Quotes and Payments
All quotes are estimates unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary depending on actual service requirements.
Payment is due as outlined in your invoice or service agreement.
We accept the most major credit cards, debit, etransfer payment, and cheque.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments must be scheduled in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours of notice.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure safe access to the pool area at the scheduled service time.
Inform us of any issues with your pool equipment, water quality, or hazards.
Maintain proper pool water levels and conditions unless included in our contracted services.

6. Liability and Disclaimer
We take reasonable care in delivering services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or equipment failures outside our control.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
